1. We will only accept refund requests if we delivered the wrong product(s) to the customer due to our mistake / we delivered a damaged / defective item(s) to the customer and we won’t be able to fulfill the replacement. However, we will ensure all items are in good quality and condition before the item is shipped out.

2. Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The color is different”, “Binding to Delivery time frame particularly for backorder products” will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.

3. Sales / discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

4. For International shipping , prices are subjected to change without any prior notice as per the shipping companies terms and conditions . However we ensure safe and stable options for the international shipping.

4. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the item immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately to inform us of the defect/issue. When reached an agreement with us, return item(s) should be shipped out to us by the customer within 24 hours / the next working day. 

5. Item(s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and expected to be in the exact condition when purchased. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.

6. International purchases are not eligible to cancellations and refunds.

7. All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

8. Refund will be approved and processed only when the item(s) is delivered to us and fulfills condition No. “5”. 

9. Upon approval, we will reach out to the customer and request banking account details for us to proceed with the refund.

10. Refund will be processed by the bank within 7 working days. 

11. Any order cancellation request will not be entertained.

PS: Disclaimer for handcrafted products:
There might be slight irregularities in the form of color smudges, thread pulls, etc. Those will not be considered as damages. It proves the authenticity of the handwork thus, adding to the charm and luxury feel of the product.
